من خلال حجز رحلة معنا ، فأنت توافق بشكل مباشر على الشروط و الأحكام المذكورة أذناه:
الخدمات
الخدمات الوحيدة التي ستضمنها باقتك هي تلك الموجودة في خط سير رحلتك.
المدفوعات المتبقية
School or university groups can enroll by registering on the website page. Enrolment is only secured upon the payment of the deposit and accepting the Terms of Agreement.
يتعين عليك دفع مقدم قدره deposit of 50% per person upon registration to book your seat. يجب أن يتحمل المرسل فقط أي رسوم تحويل مصرفي .(سيتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد بالبريد الإلكتروني بمجرد استلام الدفعة) هذا المقدم غير قابل للاسترداد.
المدفوعات المتبقية
سداد باقي ثمن الرحلة يكون على النحو التالي:
– 50% to be paid 40 days before departure.
Should the traveler fail to pay the remaining amount 40 days before departure, the company reserves the right to cancel the participation of the traveler while withholding the nonrefundable deposit amount.
التفاصيل الخاصة بك
يتعين عليك ملء استمارة التسجيل وإرسال نسخة من جواز سفرك خلال نفس الأسبوع من التوقيع على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
الإلغاء من قبل المسافر
إذا اخترت إلغاء حجزك، فسيتم تطبيق رسوم الإلغاء. يجب عليك تقديم إشعار كتابي بأي طلب للإلغاء.
في حالة إلغاء الرحلة، فإن الحد الأقصى لرسوم الإلغاء التي قد يتم فرضها هي كما يلي
– 40 days & above – Deposit will be not be refundable. 50% will be refundable.
– 29– 39 days – 40% of the total trip cost will be refundable.
– 15– 28days – 25% of the total trip cost will be refundable.
في حالة حدوث أي إلغاءات طارئة، سيتم تقييم سياسة استرداد الأموال لدينا كل حالة على حدة وستأخذ في الاعتبار القواعد المذكورة أعلاه.
الإلغاء من قبل منظمي الرحلة
يجوز لنا إلغاء الرحلة في أي وقت قبل المغادرة بسبب على سبيل المثال: الإرهاب أو الكوارث الطبيعية أو عدم الاستقرار السياسي أو الأحداث الخارجية الأخرى التي تمنعنا من تنفيذ خط سير الرحلة المخطط له بأمان أو بشكل معقول.
إذا قمنا بإلغاء جولتك، يمكنك اختيار إما تاريخ مغادرة بديل (إذا تم توفير هذا التاريخ) أو بدلاً من ذلك استرداد كامل المبلغ، اما نقدي او بالبطاقة الائتمانية.

المتطلبات الصحية
The Journey Adventures can provide details on mandatory health and fitness requirements; however, we are not medical experts. It is the responsibility of all participants to ensure that they obtain proper and detailed medical advice from their country’s medical authorities at least one month prior to travel for the latest health requirements and recommendations for the destination. It is also the responsibility of participants to make sure they are physically and mentally capable of participating in this trip.
جواز السفر والتأشيرات
The passport of participants must be valid for six months and beyond for the duration of their visit. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that he or she are in possession of the correct travel document that permits them to travel for the allocated destination. The Journey Adventures are not responsible if the student or chaperone are refused entry to because they lack the correct travel document.

يقدم خط سير الرحلة المقدم لكل جولة أنواع الأنشطة التي تم حجزها في البداية ولكنك تؤكد على أنه من المفهوم أن المسار والجداول الزمنية ومسارات الرحلة ووسائل الراحة ووسيلة النقل قد تخضع للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق بسبب الظروف المحلية أو الأحداث خارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا.
تغيير خط سير الرحلة
بينما نسعى لسير جميع الجولات كما هو موضح، فإننا نحتفظ بالحق في تغيير خط سير الجولة. في أي وقت، إذا قمنا بإجراء تغيير كبير، فسنبلغك بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن بشكل معقول. تعريف "تغير كبير" هو شئ يختلف بشكل كبير عن المخطط له في البداية من الرحلة.
الإشراف على الرحلة
يتم سير رحلاتنا الأستكشافية من قبل مرشدين لدينا. يعتبر قرار قادة البرنامج وفريق التشغيل في الجبال نهائيًا بشأن جميع الأمور التي من المحتمل أن تؤثر على سلامة أو رفاهية أي شخص مشارك في البرنامج. إذا فشلت في الالتزام بالقرار الذي اتخذه فريقنا، أو تعارضت مع رفاهية المجموعة أو تنقلاتها، فقد يوجهك المرشدون إلى مغادرة الرحلة الاستكشافية على الفور، دون حق استرداد الأموال. قد نختار أيضًا عدم أخذك في أي جولات مستقبلية محجوزة معنا. يجب عليك في جميع الأوقات الالتزام بالقوانين والعادات واللوائح الخاصة ببلد الزيارة.
الأنشطة الاختيارية
Optional activities are not included in the tour price and are not part of your booking.
You accept that any assistance given by The Journey Adventures guide in arranging optional activities do not render us liable for them in any way. The contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the activity provider.
الصور والتسويق
نحن نحترم رغبات جميع المسافرين لدينا، وبالتالي يرجى إبلاغنا قبل رحلتك بأي اعتراضات فيما يتعلق بالصور/مقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بك وإلا فإنك تعتبر موافقة لنا على استخدام الصور/مقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بك التي تم التقاطها أثناء الرحلة لأغراض إعلانية وترويجية.
سياسة الخصوصية
يجوز استخدام أي معلومات شخصية نجمعها عنك لأي غرض مرتبط بسير جولتك أو لإرسال مواد تسويقية إليك فيما يتعلق برحلاتنا المستقبلية وعروضنا الخاصة. وإلا فإننا لن نقوم بتسليم معلوماتك الشخصية إلى أطراف ثالثة.
المسؤولية
By participating in the trip, each participant must understand that this type of experience, although organized as safely as reasonably possible, might contain risks that come with travel. Each traveler should acknowledge that they take full responsibility for their decision to join this trip. MBSC and the Journey Adventures are not liable for any incidents and/or accidents that may take place. Should your trip be cut short or interrupted by any incident or accident, you will only be refunded any amounts of money in relation to unused portions of your travel arrangements to the extent that is possible.
Complaints Policy
يلتزم المشارك بالإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل أو شكاوى لمرشد الرحلة في الموقع على الخاص دون الإعلان عنها أمام المجموعة. إذا كان المشارك غير راضٍ أثناء الرحلة، فيجب عليه إخطار فريق القيادة في الموقع و مزود الخدمة المعني كتابيًا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.
أخلاقيات السفر
Participants must respect the laws and culture of the countries we visit, treat everyone in a dignified, responsible, patient, and tolerant manner, refrain from discrimination or biased treatment of nations and other members in the travel group, and respect individual difference.
Participants must at all times abide by the rules and regulations set out by The Journey Adventures & our tour operators in the home country. If we or our in-country partners find a participant’s behaviour unsatisfactory due to drugs, alcohol, stress, abuse or a medical condition, the participant will be terminated as the use of drugs and alcohol is not allowed at any part of this trip.
Having read and understood the contents of the terms and conditions, the institute has accepted and relayed all necessary information relative to the terms and conditions to all participants involved.
