Travel Designer

This role is mainly dedicated to enriching the travel experience of individuals, groups and families through unforgettable trips and journeys. You will have the opportunity to be as creative as the customer would like us to be in creating and developing an itinerary through a standard process of communication, customizations, bookings of logistics and unique accommodations to experiences.

Main Responsibilities           

  • Create new and extraordinary travel experiences for groups and individuals through the consultation service.
  • Develop the consultation program to ensure that each client has a unique and customized trip while ensuring timely communication.
  • Manage logistics and bookings for all group trips in coordination with operational manager.
  • Work on integrating new and unique experiences into different trips that are engaging for clients.
  • Has a large appetite for research and traveling the world virtually.

Client Experience Officer

The Client Experience Officer (CXO) is responsible for ensuring that the overall experience of clients is seamless, engaging, and satisfying. This role focuses on enhancing communication channels, improving user experiences, and fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization.

You will oversee the end-to-end client journey, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and engagement. You will need to be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of user experience principles whilst collaborating with various departments to create a cohesive and positive client experience across all touchpoints.

Main Responsibilities           

  • Client Communication Strategy – Develop and implement comprehensive client communication strategies to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
  • User Experience (UX) Optimization – Lead initiatives to improve the user experience on all platforms and throughout different touchpoints in the overall user experience process.
  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement UX best practices.
  • Client Journey Mapping – Analyze the client journey to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancement and develop and execute strategies to optimize each stage of the lifecycle
  • Data Analysis and Reporting – Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure client experience metrics.
  • Collaboration and Leadership – Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to client experience.
  • Innovation and Improvement – Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in client experience and user experience as well as Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the client experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a client experience, user experience, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of communication strategies and UX principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

PR and Marketing Officer

We are seeking a proactive and creative PR & Marketing Officer to expand our services to a wider community. You will be responsible for driving new business, developing marketing strategies, designing content and promotional materials for social media as well as building relationships with existing and new clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Public relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other entities to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
  • Resource design: Design team-building and educational resources to enhance client experiences during trips
  • Social media management: Manage and grow the community department’s social media presence, creating engaging content mainly for Instagram and the website.
  • Marketing campaigns: Plan and create marketing campaigns to increase the company’s outreach and spread awareness of services offered by the community line.
  • Event coordination: Organize and attend events to increase awareness of community line.
  • Market research: Carry out market research to identify trends & opportunities for expanding the community line locally and regionally.
  • Analytics and reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Logistics & Communication Officer

This position is responsible in engaging with the targeted local and international communities and providing travel experiences and full-fledged programs to meet the client’s expectations through travel. These communities include academic institutes, corporations, government entities and NGOs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Provide quality support services for all trips throughout the year.
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals for clients, highlighting unique and tailored travel experiences.
  • Creative Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand our community department’s reach. Work on integrating new and unique experiences into different trips that are engaging for clients.
  • Educational research and planning: Research new ways of incorporating educational experiences into trips in line with the requirements of the institute to enhance their value for clients.
  • Vendor management: Coordinate with different vendors and companies to secure the best deals for transportation, accommodation and programs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Feedback collection: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to continuously improve the quality of our travel experiences.

Visual Designer - Project Based

To create the branding and carry out marketing tasks for The Journey Adventures’ newly established community line, which serves as a brand-new identity within the company. Despite already having well-established relationships with several schools and universities, the community line requires a fresh approach and dedicated marketing strategies to expand its reach within the educational sector. The intern will play a central role in developing and implementing various marketing initiatives to effectively promote the community line.

This includes branding, creating promotional materials and designing engaging resources to enhance client experiences during trips (educational and team-bonding resources…) etc.

Tasks & Scope of Work:

  • Branding of the community line: Create a unique brand identity for the community line considering the target audience and market and in line with the company’s values.
  • Design of traveler resources: Develop the design and concept for educational travel resources for students – an example of this is a traveler passport tailored to each country we offer trips to – and structure the design to include sections such as reflection questions, challenges, bucket lists and country-specific information.
  • Design of booklet template for university trips: Design a visually appealing booklet template that aligns with the community line branding and the target market of university students (professors and university students).

A role mainly dedicated to enhancing and building the outreach of the company through creative and inspiring content using multiple online and offline channels.

Main Responsibilities           

  • Manage and create social media content using different platforms with the main objective of marketing trips, engaging diverse audiences and enhancing the brand image.
  • Plan and create marketing campaigns to increase the company’s outreach and spread awareness of different services offered.
  • Assist in designing for both online and offline products catered for roadshows, online marketing material and other physical products.
  • Manage and enhance The Journey website design and functionality.
