Natural beauty, Sparkling metropolises, Abundant wildlife, Breath taking nature & Vibrant

Both the wildlife and the nature, as well as the cultural and culinary attractions located in the cities that dot the vast country, leave visitors in awe. Search for polar bears on Churchill’s expansive northern tundra or paddle a canoe along Vancouver’s sweeping coastline as you admire the city skyline. Enjoy five-star fusion food in Toronto or listen to a jazz jam session on the sidewalk in Montreal.

Whether you’re a regular traveller or looking for something new, you won’t be able to cover all in one trip as there are lots of things to see and do.

Canada should be on everybody’s bucket list as a trip there is as varied and spirited as the country itself.

Where you will redefine your life

Canada is a vast, stunning country with kind people, intriguing cities, and unique scenery. The Great White North, which stretches over 9,000 kilometers (5,600 miles) from the icy tundra of the Yukon to the untamed beaches of the east coast, is a large country with something to offer everyone.

With an abundance of outdoor activities for all skill levels, Canada is one of the ideal nations for RVing and road trips as well as a fantastic destination for backpackers.

Nearly everyone on the planet is familiar with Canada; the land of ice hockey, the Niagara Falls, Mounties, maple syrup, Ryan Gosling, Céline Dion, Drake, and, of course, Justin Bieber.

When to visit?

The main travel seasons are July and August, with September also being warm (and popular) in the south. These months are consistently warm across the region./p>

Even though the long fall can be the ideal season to visit Ontario and Quebec, the tourist infrastructure is entirely shut down from October to May. Almost everything in Canada experiences sub-zero temperatures from November to March, with the exception of the West Coast, even though winter days are often clear and dry and all major Canadian cities are prepared for the challenge of extreme cold./p>

What to see?

Local attractions: These are our favourite places and hidden gems throughout Canada.

Niagara Falls
As one of the most famous waterfalls in the world, we feel that it is definitely worth a visit. Seeing the water flow over the top of the falls may leave you speechless. Or, if you’re feeling a bit adventures you can board a boat and sail up the river to the falls!
The Canadian Rockies
The Canadian Rockies in British Columbia provide a wealth of adventure opportunities, from majestic mountain summits to breathtakingly blue glacier lakes. This region of Canada might be worth the journey by itself!
View The Northern Lights
Being able to see the northern lights is one of nature's most stunning phenomena. The Yukon territory's Whitehorse city would be the ideal location for it! If the nights aren't sufficiently dark throughout the summer, your chances of seeing them are highest from September to April.
Whistler
The best place for skiing resorts, also considered one of the biggest, best-equipped, and most well-known in the world, yet it's only 90 minutes away from downtown Vancouver. It served as the 2010 Winter Olympics location. This location is a skier's nirvana with over 200 defined routes descending down two towering mountains, Whistler and Blackcomb.
Vancouver
The best city for integrating with nature.
In Vancouver, the relaxed city is surrounded by breath-taking natural scenery. You'll find a harmonious fusion of city and environment with skiable mountains on the outskirts, beaches lining the coast, and Stanley Park's dense rainforest only steps from downtown's gleaming skyscrapers.
Old Québec City
The capital of Québec has been inhabited for more than 400 years, and with its centuries-old stone walls, gleaming cathedral spires and jazz-filled corner cafes, it rivals any European city in terms of ambiance, romance, eccentricity, and mystery.

How about the accommodation?

Given the vast size of the country, it’s no surprise that accommodation prices in Canada vary widely.

The least expensive options are camping and dormitory beds in hostels, where prices start at around $25. Prices for hotels and motels are less predictable, though you’ll be lucky to get a double room for less than $100 in high season wherever you are.

Nonetheless you have a verity of options to choose from, ranging from hotels, motels, bed and breakfasts (B&Bs), hostels and student accommodation to farm vacations houses and camping tents and lodges. There is something for everyone regardless of your budget and preferences.

ways to get around

Traveling around the second biggest country in the world might seem like a challenge, but with new budget airlines, a national train service, and loads of car rental options, Canada is more accessible to travellers than ever. Here are the best ways to get around…

Plane

People frequently use airplanes to connect Canada’s major cities because of their size. Every major city has an airport with frequently scheduled flights to and from a broad spectrum of places.

Train

In Canada, rail travel is secure and comfortable. Purchasing rail tickets in advance frequently results in savings. By contacting Rail Canada you can learn more and purchase tickets.

Bus

It’s said to be the least expensive method of travelling between cities. By calling or going to the bus stations, you can learn more and purchase bus tickets.

Boat

In coastal areas of Canada such as British Columbia and the Atlantic region, ferry boats are a common way to travel. Many ferries transport both passengers and vehicles.

Car

Canada has a large network of highways, making long distance travel by car possible between most places.

Taxi

Taxis are quite expensive, so many people only use them when they don’t have another option. If you want to know how much your trip will cost, ask the driver before the trip starts.

Sustainable travel

Cycling and walking are both inexpensive and sustainable ways to move within Canadian cities and villages. Regular sources of cycling route maps include nearby bike shops

travel tips

Here’s what you should and shouldn’t do in the Canada:

  • Dress (and pack) appropriately for the weather. The weather in Canada can surprise you depending on where and when you go.
  • Make sure you have travel protection. An excellent healthcare system exists in Canada yet the best method to protect your finances from any on-the-road mishaps is to always get travel insurance.
  • Bear wildlife in mind. In images and movies, both bears and moose are adorable yet in person, they can be fatal. The wildlife in Canada is abundant, so exercise caution when you are out and about.
  • Be aware of the emergency number. In Canada, dialling 911 is the same as dialling it in the US. In some places, calling 311 might be useful in non-emergency situations.
  • The cost of a dinner does not include tax or gratuities. Be aware that tax will be charged after the meal and that while not compulsory, tips often range between 15-20%.
  • Learn a bit of French. It can be required depending on where you go. Yet, you’ll notice that French is almost always used on signs, and occasionally it might be useful to establish friends with residents who can help you make the most of your trip to Canada.
